http://www.urbanspoon.com/w/s/YV/2zhGp4rviSmmH0-130.jpgI recently had a chance to visit Hana Restaurant in Seattle. Hana has a very low-key vibe on top of Capitol Hill on Broadway. The place was packed on a freezing Tuesday night in February. I sat at the sushi bar and got the check list from the sushi chef. They had a wide ranging menu from rolls to nigri. I asked for what was not on the menu that was fresh. The sushi chef reccomended Oysters to Geoduck (Seattle natives know Geoduck). I had a piece of both! Perfect! The price was based on per piece and was made by the chef each time (not a conveyer belt). I will definitly go back to Hana. For more information visit the link below.
